Itinerary
Welcome to Delhi!
Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted and transferred to the hotel for a two-night stay. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, culminating with a welcome dinner at a local restaurant in the evening.
Embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi, starting with a morning tour of Old Delhi. Experience Chandni Chowk's bustling lanes from a cycle rickshaw. Visit iconic landmarks like Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat, a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.
In the afternoon, explore Lutyen's Delhi and visit Humayun's tomb, known for its splendid architecture. Conclude your tour with a visit to the majestic Qutub Minar, a 73-meter tall victory tower built in 1193.
Embark on a 4-5 hour drive to Agra and enjoy lunch upon arrival. Visit the splendid Agra Fort, showcasing a fusion of Hindu and Islamic architectural elements. Explore the intricate Itimad-ud-Daulah tomb before unwinding at your hotel.
Witness the Taj Mahal at sunrise (available for October to March departures). Afterward, enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then travel to Ranthambore (6-7 hours) with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri en route. Fatehpur Sikri, the red sandstone city constructed by Emperor Akbar, is renowned for its short-lived 14-year history. Subsequently, we will spend two nights in Ranthambore to explore the National Park.
Participate in morning and evening game drives within Ranthambore National Park to track down the elusive Royal Bengal tiger. Other remarkable wildlife residing in the park encompass leopard, sloth bear, sambar deer, chital, nilgai, black buck, langur, and macaque.
Enjoy another morning game drive, followed by a drive to Jaipur (4-5 hours). Stay in Jaipur for two nights.
Explore the stunning 17th-century hilltop fort, Amber, along with its dazzling Mirror Palace. In the afternoon, tour the City Palace complex, encompassing its museum, and the 18th-century Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory. Traverse bustling bazaars for a photo opportunity at the recently restored Hawa Mahal, one of Jaipur's most iconic structures.
Travel to the sacred town Pushkar. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore Pushkar. You witness people taking baths at Brahm Sarovar. In the evening, enjoy a cultural dance performance at a local venue, followed by dinner.
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur, known as 'The Blue City,' for a night's stay. Jodhpur's history is tied to trade routes connecting Gujarat's ports with northern cities, allowing Marwari rulers to build Mehrangarh Fort atop a steep cliff. The blue-hued old town houses, signifying Brahmin homes, sprawl below. Visit Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, and take a Tonga Ride through local streets. Overnight in Jodhpur.
After breakfast, we'll drive through the Plains of Marwar to Ranakpur. Visit the sumptuously carved white marble temples before continuing to Udaipur for a two-night stay. The journey offers a glimpse of traditional Rajasthani life and ends with a visit to the Jain temples in Ranakpur. After checking into your Udaipur hotel, enjoy a sunset stroll in the city to see the grand Rajput palaces.
Udaipur’s City Palace, the seat of the Sisodia Dynasty, offers captivating Rajput architecture and breathtaking views of Pichola Lake and the Aravalis. Explore its opulent palaces and stroll to Jagdish Temple. Venture into the old city's vibrant markets. Enjoy the sunset by the water and consider a sunset cruise on the lake.
You will have the morning free. Later in the day, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
