The NSW Southern Highlands offers not only unique natural scenery but also rich histories, along with delicious local foods and wines. It has long been the top weekend excursion destination for Sydneysiders.
The upcoming “Sydney: Stories & Histories” walk will take us to the Southern Highlands, where we will explore Fitzroy Falls, learn about the local history and famous figures, enjoy two course lunch in a local winery restaurant and taste a variety wines produced in the area. We will also explore unique shops in Bowral before heading back to Sydney.
The tour will be held on Sunday, 21st March, departing from Holiday Inn Darling Harbour (68 Harbour Street Haymarket) at 7:45am. The tour cost is $180 per person, including return private bus transfers, lunch and wine tasting. Tour is commentated in Chinese. You are welcome to join us by filling out the booking form below. 本期的《悉尼：故事与历史》将前往南部高地。行程中会讲述当地的历史和有趣的人和事；在Fitzroy瀑布周边进行约1.5小时的步行观光。午餐安排在当地葡萄酒庄享用二道式西餐，餐后安排一个品酒环节，品尝酒庄出产的各种葡萄酒，并作一些葡萄酒知识初步介绍。在返回悉尼之前，会在Bowral镇停留约1小时，浏览当地颇具特色的古董店。
