Itinerary:

Day 1: Fly to Adelaide
Upon arrival at Adelaide Airport, pick up your rental car.

Head to North Terrace to experience one of richest cultural boulevards in Australia; visit to the South Australia Museum, home to an opalised plesiosaur and the world’s largest collection of Aboriginal artifacts. Other places to visit include the Art Gallery of South Australia, the Migration Museum, Adelaide Botanic Garden and National Wine Centre of Australia.

Day 2: Adelaide – Barossa
After breakfast, drive to Barossa (80km).
Barossa is one of the world’s best wine regions. With over 80 cellar doors to visit, you’ll never be short of somewhere to taste Australia’s most famous reds, whites and sparklings.

Drive to Mengler Hill Look Out, best view over a sweeping landscape of rustic vineyards, traditional farmhouses and wineries.

Then drive to Barossa Valley Cheese Co, we will participate in Cheese & Wine flight experience, learn the art of cheese and wine pairing at cheese cellar.

Lunch at Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop, it offers tasting and sales of her full product range including limited edition seasonal produce.

In the afternoon visit Penfolds join a ‘Make Your Own Blend’ tour- after an introduction to varietals and blending you test your skills and blend a wine to take home.

You can also visit wineries like Tow Hands, Seppeltsfield, St Hugo and Jacob’s Creek.

Day 3: Barossa – Hahndorf – Adelaide (Breakfast)
After breakfast, travel south to Hahndorf (70km). Stop at Whispering Wall near Williamstown to marvel at this acoustic phenomenon.

Spend time in the historic village of Hahndorf, Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement. Stroll the tree-lined main street and taste the traditional German food at famous Hahndorf Inn.

In the afternoon drive to the seaside suburb of Glenelg, walk along the Esplanade, explore the shops of Jetty Road, and stop for a coffee break at the beachside hotels or Holdfast Shores Marina complex.

Day 4: Depart Adelaide (Breakfast)
Continue your self-explore Adelaide city. Drive back to Adelaide Airport, return the rental car before fly home.
